Executive Producer with Exec and SP credits in ob-docs, specialist factual, features, children’s and fact-ent productions. I thrive when working on projects that pose a new challenge and ultimately want to tell engaging stories that drive action for social change.

I have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate on and communicate a clear vision, motivating and developing my team is a real strength that I bring to my projects. I’m able to get to grips with new and often complex subjects swiftly, whether in development or pre-production, working out new formats or ways of telling complex narratives in the edit. 

I've got strong editorial judgement and excellent storytelling skills and I’m very experienced directing high profile talent. I have extensive experience in making engaging food programmes as well as high-profile competition formats, programmes that require investigation and sensitive negotiation, fast turnaround series, dealing with tricky compliance issues and, more recently, experience of AFPs for broadcast. I have experience of producing large teams across international shoots; for the last 13 years I've run huge teams for primetime television both in the UK and abroad, filming across Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas. 

I'm also a photographer and was for years a self-shooter and self-editor (Avid) so I understand each element of the process.
