I am an editorially focused Researcher working across factual entertainment, competition and talent-led formats.

Currently on Great British Menu (BBC Two, Optomen), I lead regional casting across the North West and Midlands - identifying high-calibre culinary talent, conducting in-depth interviews, shaping contributor narratives and cutting casting tapes presented directly to Series Producers and BBC editorial. I manage contributors from first contact through to filming, writing regional VT scripts, planning shoots and producing on location.

Previously at Nine Lives Media (BBC & ITV), I worked across premium factual output including Panorama and Social Media Murders, developing stories, conducting sensitive contributor outreach and supporting early-stage editorial development.

I bring strong editorial judgement, contributor management experience and a calm, organised approach to fast-paced productions, and am keen to continue progressing within casting, development and competition formats. Read Less
