Paula worked for me for about 9 months while prepping and shooting Love Island the Mobile Drama. I truly cannot recommend her enough for any position available. She is one of those people who just has a natural intuition about what needs to be done, will never stop until a job is complete is completely unflappable. Although she was a PA she was definitely working more at a coordinator level and was handling managerial duties such as securing visas and being first line of contact for talent and Network Executives. Paula is a whiz at both pre-production and was extremely competent while on set. I would rehire her the second we have an opening.
