I'm an experienced runner originally from the North East, now based in London and available for work immediately. I'm passionate about working in large-scale entertainment and unscripted television, and adept at working in high-pressure environments and juggling multiple roles.

I have just completed work on Celebrity MasterChef and MasterChef, where I supported the contestant team looking after large groups of talent/contestants, worked in sometimes challenging environments such as professional kitchens, high-end venues and outdoor locations, and travelled with the team for challenges and the auditions process. Earlier in 2023 I worked on The Apprentice S18, where I gained experience researching, logging, working on location abroad, as well as talent running. 

Previous credits also include Cooking Competition shows, Live OB Sports and VTs with large casts. I'm also very experienced in working with Talent, with multiple credits talent running on a variety of formats, including studio and on location. Read Less
