I am a highly experienced Series Producer and Director, who's made prime time observational documentaries for the BBC, C4 and National Geographic and Discovery channels. I have received 3 BAFTA nominations: ‘Great Ormond Street’ series at the world-famous children’s hospital for BBC Two, ‘Kids in Care’ for BBC One and ‘Route Masters: Keeping London Moving’. As well as a Royal Television Society award for journalism. I recently directed two films for the critically acclaimed BBC 3 series, 'Love and Hate Crime', as well as a 4 part True Crime series for Discovery ID. I specialise in difficult access and sensitive environments; for example, gaining access to the Metropolitan Police for the eponymous BBC 1 series, and the US State department on a 4 part series 'Inside the American Embassy' for C4. I have run teams filming in highly pressurised situations, like prisons in South America and sub-zero Alaska - delivering to the highest standard.
