An editor of over twenty years experience, I bring not only a breadth but a depth of talent to a project. Having worked in BBC for twenty of the years in editing, speed and flexibility were two skills I quickly had to acquire because current affairs and sport are the backbone of programming there. So working on tight turnaround output, particularly on the day live news and sport would hold no fear for me! Presently I am on a year's career break from BBC and have been busy with freelance work all of that time so far. I would hope to expand my connections in 2022 building on those I have made so far. Although I haven't acquired my own kit for remote working as yet, I am perfectly happy to work either at base or beyond depending on requirements. Avid Media Composer is my usual tool for editing but I am obviously open to learning new skills all the time and therefore growing as an editor. Read Less
