A cool headed, extremely organised, thorough and creative programme maker with strong editorial instincts. I have over twenty years of experience in the industry working predominantly on factual entertainment and observational documentary for all major channels. Eighteen years experience as an edit producer.

I am creative and enjoy researching and writing for different types of content, giving each programme its own voice. I have run several edits simultaneously and worked on very fast turnaround series and also those requiring a more in-depth approach, shaping the narrative from hours of observational material. I make quick decisions and I relish finding nuggets of sync that bring a story to life.

I am experienced with fixed rig, single and multi camera and commissioning complicated graphics. I am a strong producer; confident fulfilling challenging editorial briefs. I have excellent experience casting contributors and maintaining relationships with them in high pressure situations. I have established new formats and worked with large and small teams, directing crews and getting the best from the time we have on location.

I recently Co-Exec Produced a ten part series including an International Special, so I have good experience overseeing editorial and taking programmes through to delivery. Read Less
