I am a TV & Film Senior Production Coordinator with a track record of Project Management within the industry, focused on taking responsibility for the delivery of administrative tasks across all relevant workstreams within the production in order to facilitate efficient creation of documentaries, factual entertainment, drama and sports packages.I believe that production teams should be focused on the achievement of excellence as a minimum requirement, and recognise that in order to do this it is vital to maintain scrupulous attention to detail. Inherent in this, therefore, is a desire to find better ways to deliver; identifying methods that have worked well in the past and adapting them to ensure that the team as a whole operates consistently and with greater efficiency.In driving improved collaboration, I ensure that a production team are functioning with effective lines of communication. This provides a greater awareness of any issues which arise and ensures rapid resolution which in turn facilitates smooth production. I also believe that it is the role of a Production Coordinator to own issue resolution, thus allowing production teams to concentrate solely on their own key deliverables.I pride myself in a deep understanding of all aspects of the industry as a whole, developed through experience at all levels of production – from pre-production to Project Management through to editing and post-production.
