Alex Browning is a director and writer.This Summer, Alex is directing a BFI and Sky Studios commissioned Sci-Fi short film Daylight Rules, from his own script. The film is being made with support from Vertigo Films, and through Alex’s production outfit, FastShadows.Previous to this he has directed & written a number of shorts including After Dark Inferno for Channel 4. The film was in the official selection of Aesthetica and London Short Film Festival’s and was nominated for Best Short Film at the ScreenNation awards.As a writer Alex is in development on a number of original projects in the US and U.K. including a feature film version of Daylight Rules. He has also been in the writers room on Hackney Wick a new TV drama from BadWolf.Before pushing into film & TV, Alex has directed and creative directed 100's of campaigns and commercial spots for creative agencies around the world.
