My strong administrational skills have been forged by a successful 12-year Stage Management career, followed by 6-years working in the Production Offices at the Donmar Warehouse, on the feature film Mary Queen of Scots and at Cross Street Films. My significant administrational skills allow me to effortlessly work across a wide-range of creative disciplines. Following a successful career as a Deputy Stage Manager and craving more involvement in the creative development of theatrical productions, in 2015 I started working in the Production Office at the Donmar Warehouse, and quickly became the Assistant to Josie Rourke, the Artistic Director. Using my extensive knowledge and understanding of the rehearsal and production processes, I was able to work closely with Josie across her Directorial and Artistic Directorial concerns. As Assistant to the Artistic Director, I was able to draw on my DSM skills to manage and intricately schedule day-to-day interactions with various departments and facilitate efficient communication in a incredibly busy environment.
