I'm a seasoned, award-winning Television Executive with over 30 years' experience leading content, teams, and operations at some of the industry's biggest names — including The Lime Group (Lime, Lion, Wise Owl), Paramount/Viacom UK, Shine TV, ITV Studios, and Granada TV.

With a strong track record in non-scripted production, I’ve built and scaled creative teams, delivered hit formats, and exceeded growth targets year-on-year. I’ve led more than 1,000 productions across genres — including factual, formatted entertainment, reality, archive, live, kids, scripted, comedy, quiz, and features.

Key titles include TOWIE, Geordie Shore, MasterChef, Gladiators, The Chase, Red or Black, Cruising with Jane McDonald, Goldie’s Oldies, Homes Under the Hammer, and Celebs Go Dating.

I’ve successfully launched and run major projects in the UK and internationally — including London, Manchester, Miami, Thailand, and New York — and was the driving force behind the creation of Shine North (now Workerbee) and VIS UK's Manchester hub, delivering over £100 million in projects to the North West.

I'm currently working as a consultant for a number of companies, including working on a German production of a new UK format from a Hub in Bulgaria.
