As a Casting Producer I have years of experience casting standout and diverse contributors over a range of genres, including quiz shows, reality and entertainment. I pride myself on using a variety of different casting techniques in order to find the right contributor for any show. I fully understand how important it is to cast the right people on screen to resonate with the audience at home and really bring a great format to life. 

As well as my extensive casting background I am also an experienced and competent Story and Location Producer. I have skills in  sourcing and securing filming locations, writing schedules, running shoot teams both in the UK and abroad, creating, evolving and adapting storylines, ensuring the best content is captured through working closely with PDs and directors. I excel while working on fast pace shoots and can adapt to last minute changes efficiently and effectively.  

I'm a big team player and pride myself on how well I lead a team. I offer guidance and support to junior members allowing them to learn and develop new skills in a safe and encouraging environment. I also relish working with peers and developing ideas and collaborating  to solve problems.
