I enjoy finding stories, interviewing and reporting on them. I have also presented and produced a short documentary on Disability Hate Crime over Christmas, through the constant changing of tier systems and National Lockdown, this taught me how to work under pressure and adapt to different situations. I have secured interviews with councillors, experts, academics and the general public, including vulnerable individuals, showing my ability to communicate empathetically and professionally with a range of people. I am aware of the OFCOM guidelines and have put them into practise creating my weekly news packages and documentaries. Most recently, I have produced and directed a 28-minute documentary on why cases of sexual harassment on the London Underground go unreported, investigating why these cases only have a 4% conviction rate, also experimenting with mobile journalism. Alongside my masters, I am currently volunteering full time on an upcoming spirituality and wellbeing podcast called Sooth. I am confident audio editing on Logic Pro, securing guests for interviews and assisting running the Instagram account.I am passionate for a future in journalism and I am committed to bringing new creative ideas into the television industry.
