I am a cinematographer and director for TV and film - freelance after 8 and a half years working at (two-time) Academy Award-winning Grain Media becoming their in-house cinematographer, editor and colourist. DoP'ing on TV series and specials for broadcasters such as the BBC, Netflix, HBO, Dave, Tencent and Al Jazeera English and for clients and agencies such as The Guardian, GQ, Adam & Eve, JWT and Citizen PR. Having learnt filmmaking from nearly every angle I'm now keen to further develop my authorial voice as a self-shooting director and Director of Photography in beautiful, moving factual and branded content. Whether on the streets of Bolivia, the smuggling routes through Arizona, or dawn on a mountaintop in Slovenia, I have extensive experience of working internationally having filmed in over 20 countries, and have developed the skills required to collaborate with contributors and sensitively share their stories.
