Jeanne Tirro is a Production Secretary on the MTV Specials team. In the past, she has been an office production assistant for HBO's The Deuce, TNT's pilot Constance, and ABC's Match Game. She works closely with production managers and production staff, as well as internal producers, to examine the needs of each production. Her main tasks include creating deal memos/start paperwork/timesheets for the crew, processing talent payments, submitting purchase orders, scheduling PM meetings, creating contact sheets per show, booking travel for cast/crew, and reconciling all credit cards purchases. She is in charge of researching all production needs such as available studio, equipment quotes, covid 19 travel restrictions for international shoots, locates/schedules covid 19 testing for cast/crew, and oversees last-minute production purchases on set.
