Previously, I studied for my BA in English Literature, Film and Theatre at the University of Reading. In the future, I aspire to be a film critic. Throughout my lifetime I have had many jobs which has resulted into my strong skills of initiative, teamwork, organisation and self-motivation. As you shall read on in my CV. I knew I was a quick learner once I left England to Connecticut by myself to become a Boating Director. This job really taught me about what it is like to work with a diverse team as at the camp there were many people from a variety of backgrounds. In my leisurely hours of the day I have created a blog on Instagram where I share short and educational responses to films that encounter a variety of topics. Such as the complications of the female gaze in King Kong (2005) and critiques of how the Thatcher government was received in Shaun of the Dead (2004). As well as the influential use of afrofuturism in Black Panther (2018). This blog reflects my key eye for visual design.
