Lucy is an actor and independent writer/director based in London.Born in Scotland and raised in England and the US, she wrote her first feature while studying Anthropology at UCL and auditioning for mainstream film and TV. She has since completed a variety of spec short and feature scripts and begun directing smaller projects. She is interested in drama, science-fiction and YA writing, and is looking for a position as a script reader, script editor's assistant or shadowing roles in these sectors.Her debut short film YELLOWBIRD, a quiet thriller set in the Scottish Highlands, starring Tom Rhys Harries and Ian Pirie, is currently in the final stages of post-production to be submitted to festivals this year. Her first music video as a director, a female-led fantasy shot on 16mm film for multi-instrumentalist and producer re:tract, has also recently been released.
