With a strong commercial background and extensive experience in creative project management, I have over 15 years of experience in Visual Merchandising. My earlier experience on the shop floor allows my approach to retail design and innovation a more commercial and individual way of working. Being a highly organised individual, I can maintain a flexible and creative approach to finding solutions for complex problems. Confidence in communication in influencing skills allow me to manage up as well as leading a team.
