I am writing this Personal Statement in order to reflect my ability & experience. As you will see on my CV my first job in the industry was an Assistant to a directing duo wherein I was reading around five scripts per week and providing coverage on them, both written as well as on zoom calls. For one of the projects we even had a comedy roundtable which I organised to give ideas about how to inject more comedy into the script. Alongside that I spent the next year working as Production Manager across all of their productions both Scripted & Unscripted. Most notably I was the Production Manager & Executive Producer of an independent film which is currently in it’s final stages of distribution. Aside from what is on my CV, my older brother lives in LA, somewhere I spend a lot of time, and is an Actor/Producer, we have been working together for the past year developing ideas and reading scripts which may have an opening for us. As a professional I pride myself on my organisation, attention to detail & more than anything ability to work under pressure. I have done multiple other roles aside from Production which I feel aide me as a Producer. Read Less
