I am an Essex based, 26 year old girl, who is professionally trained in Musical Theatre. My life-long dream was always to be on stage, and I therefore pursued the performing route from a very young age, graduating from Drama School with a BA(Hons) Degree in Musical Theatre in July 2019. Having experienced the incredible atmosphere that surrounds the industry, including attending auditions, working in wardrobe departments backstage and performing professionally myself, I am certain that wherever I end up in my career, I would like to be surrounded by like-minded people, with a passion for creativity. I did, however, finish college slightly later than originally anticipated, and I found myself having different aspirations with my career, forcing me to re-evaluate the route I had originally wanted to take. Having worked at the Spire Wellesley Hospital in an admin based position throughout college, returning to work in my holidays, I learnt that I was very skilled, and surprisingly, enjoyed being in an admin based role. As a result of this, alongside continuing to work in this department throughout the entire COVID-19 pandemic, I have gained extensive knowledge and transferable skills, leading me to combine my skill set and focus on finding a more admin/production based role within the creative industry.
