I'm a creative media producer with 5+ years of experience in writing, producing and editing videos and short-form documentaries. At South Thames Films I've worked on factual productions and documentaries. I have researched and developed documentary ideas as well as produced short form documentaries. Along with concept development, research and production I have also raised presales deals for documentaries through pitching and packaging the content for OTT’s, SVOD’s, AVOD’s according to their acceptable standards and broadcasters such as PBS, Yes Docu Israel, VRT Belgium, SVT Sweden and NHK for their dedicated strands. Apart from that, I have attended the Eurovod summit and market in 2019 and pitched a documentary project for funding at International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam (IDFA) in 2018 for Bertha Fund and successfully got selected for round 2 of funding. Through that, I became a member of the European Documentary Network (EDN). I have worked alongside writing, developing and packaging proposals of concepts and content productions for potential funding from producers and investors as well as through crowdfunding with crowd cube portal and Escrow accounts. As a part of South Thames Film’s database, I have created an extensive list of commissions for UK factual and documentary requirements through PACT webinars. I am very much interested to work and research in journalistic, investigative, political, history and economic subjects/concepts of documentaries as well as factual productions relating to societies, cultures and people stories. I have completed my Higher National Diploma and Higher National Certificate in Creative Media Production from South Thames College (Wandsworth, London) and traveled to Beijing, New York, Chicago and Dublin as a part of travel photography assignments.
