I am an experienced Freelance Director & Vision Mixer based in Leeds but available to work across the UK. I am particularly skilled in Multi Camera Drama and Music for broadcast, big screen and online streaming. I hold Public Liability Insurance and am a member of the Vision Mixers Guild and WFTV. I have worked/freelanced for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, YouTube and numerous events with ADI. I have most recently directed a Cookery and a quiz show (March 2022).I have completed the NFTS Directing TV Drama Course, and I specialise in Music (Big Screens), Events (eg Beating Retreat), Entertainment (Countdown) and Continuing Drama (Coronation Street & Emmerdale). I have completed training in Sustainable Production from the BAFTA/Albert scheme, alongside work in sport. I can score read and away from work I am a member of several choirs and a jazz group; I recently filmed & edited a promotional video for Leeds Festival Chorus' participation in the National Heritage Open Days, and I am always interested in new opportunities.
