I’m an extremely driven and hardworking individual, both when working independently as well as in a group setting. I like to have a sense of responsibility as I find it rewarding to see what my commitment achieves. I’m friendly and sociable and so enjoy communicating with peers and others to achieve goals. I take pleasure in meeting new people and learning new things and understand the requirements of working in a fast paced and demanding environment.I have a massive passion for travel, exploring new places and meeting new people both with and without my camera. In 2019 myself and my girlfriend travelled around Asia for six months, visiting a diverse array of countries and volunteering at a hostel for a month – it was an amazing opportunity that allowed me to experience a range of different cultures. We also travelled around Europe solely by train for a month in 2017. In summer 2015, when I was eighteen, I visited California with two friends and our BMX’s; riding my BMX is a passion of mine and I have built my own which I regularly maintain. I saw this trip of a lifetime as an opportunity to take photographs as well as ride my bike and explore. We spent our time travelling around and whilst doing so I enjoyed using my DSLR to shoot and film footage of our BMXing, of which I edited to produce a video. Music is a strong interest of mine and I listen to a wide range of music and enjoy attending concerts and festivals across the UK and abroad. I often attend such events photographically by gaining press passes as well as independently. I’m enthusiastic about the outdoors and often spend my free time camping, getting away in my converted Berlingo, hiking and cycling. These trips often coincide with visits to National Trust sites, of which I have been a member for the last few years. I like to keep my mind healthily stimulated by doing these activities and I often read for the same reason. Sustainability and the environment are always at the forefront of my conscience in anything that I do. I own a fully clean driving license and have been driving for almost seven years.
