With over 15 years’ experience working across casting and welfare roles on high-profile factual entertainment formats. I am confident in my ability to support contributors with robust duty of care while working closely with editorial, compliance and production teams.
My background spans both casting and welfare producing, giving me a strong understanding of the full contributor journey — from application and assessment through to filming, transmission and aftercare. I have extensive experience managing welfare risk, supporting contributors through high-pressure environments, conducting background and reputational checks, and ensuring informed consent is maintained at every stage.
I have recently completed a casting 'Welfare Producing' course with screen skills, which has refreshed and updated my knowledge around safeguarding, mental health awareness, escalation procedures and best practice duty of care. This training has reinforced my commitment to maintaining the highest welfare standards, particularly within large-scale, high-profile productions.
Championing diversity and inclusion is something I value both personally and professionally. I am passionate about ensuring casting processes are inclusive, fair and representative, and that contributors from all backgrounds feel supported, heard and respected throughout their experience. I take pride in building trust with contributors and creating safe, open lines of communication, especially when dealing with sensitive or challenging situations.
I am highly organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable liaising with contributors, executives and external stakeholders. I would welcome the opportunity to bring my experience, empathy and welfare-first approach to any team.
