Nella is incredible. We worked together on location in Italy. A small 2-week shoot (small in terms of crew ) but where every team member was critical. He worked tirelessly , brought a great energy. Excellent at tech stuff, camera assisting, wrangling, reading the room, small talk with contribs, hanging out with talent, sorting logistics. Stepped up to the game with crowd control. Basically did everything asked of him, really well. It will be so interesting to see where his career takes him as he’s a true all-rounder. Will definitely go far. Employ him immediately. You won’t regret.
