I bring a detail-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a calm, adaptable approach to managing fast-paced, high-pressure productions. Passionate about fostering diversity and inclusion within the television industry, I have recent experience working on productions specifically tailored for deaf audiences, with a strong focus on championing British Sign Language (BSL). This has given me in-depth knowledge of working with interpreters and understanding access requirements, both on and off screen.
