After an MA in Architecture from the Aarhus School of Architecture in Denmark, and an internship at New York based Asymptote Architecture, I decided to follow my dream to become a film maker, and took an additional BA in Film Directing at NISS in Oslo. I've won several scriptwriting competitions, received the Norwegian Cultural Department’s stipend to develop my first feature script, and was one out of nine directors chosen for the European talent development program The Film Garage, in 2016. I also directed the stage musical Annie, with 72 children from Romerike Music Theatre School to a 5 star review. In 2017 I was shortlisted for funding at the NFI with two short film scripts, of which I won the National Scriptwriting Competition at Kortfilmkonventet with one, Road Rage –The Musical, and was funded by the NFI (Norwegian Film Institute) and the regional financier, Viken Filmsenter, with the other. My short film Shhh! has been to 13 international short film festivals, including Grimstad Short Film Festival, and was nominated for two prestigious awards, including the Iris Prize, at the world’s largest short film festival. I am is currently taking a 6-month course in digital animation at MetFilm in London. Read Less
