Hi, I’m Hamish, thanks for visiting my profile.

Since June 2022, I’ve been working full-time in Bristol at Silverback Films as the Production Kit Assistant. Though my role is primarily office-based, I’ve also assisted on many studio and location shoots across the UK and around the world, as camera operator, 1st AC, focus puller, stills photographer, media off-loader, logger, driver, and more. My primary role in the office consists of coordinating and managing production gear, first aid equipment, communications devices and all other miscellaneous kit across several active productions. This has proven hugely beneficial in terms of transferable skills, such as multitasking, organisation, and technical proficiency, having created kit tracking systems for the entire company, been the central point of contact for equipment queries, and juggled multiple workloads across several projects.
