Hi I'm Janey and I'm a Consumer Champion, Travel Expert and Radio Presenter. I'm the author of the popular Lady Janey consumer blog and have also self- published two books, one with a foreword by TV Presenter Lorraine Kelly.As Lady Janey I have been featured in the Daily Mail as one of the top 5 Consumer Champions in the UK with a follow up in Woman magazine. I've also made frequent BBC TV and radio appearances including on Your Money & Your Life with Matt Allwright where I was crowned the Queen of Customer Service and have been featured in local and national press. Recently I featured as a Consumer Expert in a Supersavers Take A Break special and have appeared in a Q & A column in Pick Me Up magazine and articles in Woman’s Own. Anything I don’t know about Customer Service isn’t worth knowing.in my spare time, I am a volunteer for my local radio station. Currently this involves conducting interviews, researching for stories and co hosting the Friday evening magazine show.
