She is brilliant with on screen talent across the board - she has a genuine ability to spot and nurture new talent whilst also commanding the respect of highly established household names. One of her greatest talents is her modernity- everyone is looking for genuinely fresh, new content and Sarah is so often ahead of the curve -consistently identifying opportunities and developing exciting new ideas that feel innovative and forward thinking.
