A motivated individual with strong client-facing and organisational skills. Since graduating in Film & Television Studies from the university of Lincoln with Upper Second Class Honours, I have gone on to gain art department credits on numerous commercials, shorts and feature films. From April 2019 - October 2020 I was the Studio & Production Coordinator at an award-winning multidisciplinary creative agency based in East London.Throughout this time I have developed strong collaborative skills due to strict time/budget constraints. My proximity to clients and head of department has meant that I have been able to hone my time management and organisation.I occupied two roles whilst working at GLOCK: Studio and Production Coordinator. Ownership of both roles required me to multitask, manage a busy schedule and prioritise workload. As Studio Coordinator, my responsibilities included but were not limited to day-to-day studio management, executive support for senior leadership team as well as the wider team – including booking international travel/visas.As Production Coordinator I managed and assisted on large experiential campaigns, while also coordinating production on digital and social media campaigns for key clients. Other responsibilities included assisting production managers on multiple projects, researching/sourcing, creating quotes, invoices and PO’s whilst also managing budgets and timelines. Both roles required a high degree of administrative work and a continual flow of information between clients, internal departments and myself.Throughout my freelance experience I have developed strong collaborative and time management skills due to strict time/budget constraints from working mainly on commercials. Supporting heads of departments from pre-production to wrap, I have been an integral part of each art department.I am currently looking for work in production and am available to start immediately.Thanks Andy Read Less
