I worked with Steve for 6 years at WB ITVP UK during which he was a Senior Edit Assistant and moved into a Junior Online Editor position for 8 months. He is very knowledgeable with Avid Media Composer in particular and other NLE and finishing software and has first rate technical ability. He was able to complete all tasks to a very high standard and excelled in particular with Online editing. In my time working with him he began to take on numerous Junior Online Editor duties whilst working as and EA, including QC fixes, International Reversions and Compliance blurring as well as create master delivery files. He has excellent understanding of complex MCR duties, like conforms, pre-grades and large multi-cam grouping and syncing projects as well.

Steve likes to be challenged and was never afraid to take on challenging work with quick turnarounds. His output was always of a high standard and he has a keen eye for detail. He understands the Post process and client requirements in detail and always works competently to tight deadlines – he is someone I can recommend highly.
