My name is Georgia Westwood and I’m a recent graduate from North Carolina State University where I spent my time learning stop-motion, model-making, and studying film production. I have dual citizenship with the UK and US and spent part of my undergrad at the University of Leeds. My strong work ethic has allowed me to effectively manage a course load of 18 credit hours (UK 60) for 6 semesters while balancing two jobs. Creating a popular stop-motion series Humphrey’s Holiday on Earth as well as several short films has given me experience with animation production and advanced my skills in Photoshop and Premiere Pro. Being the creative force behind ‘Westwoodstock’, a profitable summer music festival I produced, confirmed that I can maintain professionalism under pressure and manage a creative team with multiple hard deadlines.
