I am an experienced wildlife researcher with a track record of producing high-quality work across multiple projects. I have over 2 years of experience in blue-chip natural history programming; a decade of high-impact academic research; as well as previous film, media, and environmental research work. I have a large network of scientific and film contacts with whom I have worked closely for many years. I have researched, set up, and executed complex foreign shoots in challenging environments. I have experience on location and have also organised multiple fieldwork expeditions. I have a PhD on polar bears, a Masters degree on brown bears, and am adept at highly-organised independent work for long periods of time. I have published and presented my own research to large public and expert audiences, demonstrating an excellent capacity for storytelling and creative vision.
