I most enjoy telling a story or making a point, starting from rushes, adding music and graphic elements, then finishing both pictures and audio to exceptional broadcast standards, under time pressure and outputting to different media. I am rewarded by listening to an interviewees words and then crafting them in a way that increases their impact either for the story or the clients needs.
