A former theatrical producer with experience as a Personal Assistant. Super organised self-starter, brimming with ideas and able to multitask and prioritise workloads under pressure. Very proactive and personable looking for an opportunity to transfer these skills to a TV Development role. I have gained experience during lockdown as a Development Assistant. This included - Developing format ideas; Researching and developing my own ideas based on current trends; Presenting a Non-TX pilot of a gameshow; Writing Treatments; Brainstorming and note taking; Producing Sizzle tapes including clip and fact finding and editing; Using Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel to produce compelling documents; Developing Games and Rounds.My theatrical production back ground gave me a great wealth of transferable skills for TV including Producing seamless Live shows each night; Producing and managing running orders and content; Arranging and managing audition days; Multi-tasking and prioritising whilst working under pressure; Sound tech and Lighting shows; Being safe and compliant.I absolutely love all gameshows! from a simple word based quiz format up to the shiny floor Saturday night spectaculars. I do have an affinity with those that showcase people’s skills and passions. Where contestants go on a journey and determine their own fate by using their own passions and abilities. For example Masterchef, The Great Pottery Throwdown and Ru Paul’s Drag Race are a particular source of inspiration for me. They all show that with a passion of what you love doing, dedication and hard work to improve your skills you can go on to achieve your dreams and goals. It is also great to see the people in the mentor role giving their expert advice and watching the contests grow and learn from them (or not in some cases!) They are shows that appeal across all sectors of the population and help inspire and show the audience that anyone can fulfil their dreams with a little guidance, hard work and devotion. Read Less
