The training and experience I received at the Film & Television Department of Bristol Old Vic Theatre School has allowed me to prepare for a variety of roles on set. Outside of this training, I have worked on various independent films and short filmed projects in roles such as Director, Performer, Editor & Runner & I am eager to gain more professional experience. During the past year I have been trying to up skill and completed the ScreenSkills module, Coronavirus Basic Awareness on Production Training. My primary experience in the creative industry has been as a theatre maker & director, working for Bristol Old Vic as Associate on the West End production of 'Touching the Void' and also touring Ireland & the U.S. with Ireland's National Theatre, The Abbey. However, I am eager to move into the film & television industry with many of the transferable skills I have gained working in theatre: Good communication skills, proactive and flexible approach to work, good budgeting, IT and organisational skills and experience working to deadlines under pressure. I also have experience working on animated productions is as a voice artist. I performed in the 'Puffin Rock' feature film for Cartoon Saloon and in the lead role in the award winning short animation, 'A Cat called Jam'. Read Less
