Production Secretary with experience with large streaming broadcasters in reality/challenge based shows, including talent-led, contributor-led and scripted travelogues. Travel experience - booking flights and transfers for talent and crew, creating itineraries for talent and call sheets for crew, for both small and large shows. Experience on location-based shoots include developing catering schedules, and movement orders for crew and cast. Comfortable managing cast, experience being only production contact for cast being held between sections of filming overnight and chaperoning cast to and from airport for flights, while working closely with Welfare teams. Comfortable handling UK and international travel including hotels, location-side transport and catering including liasing with fixers. 

Experience using PMI and Excel based cost logs, experience managing and raising my own and other's floats as well as reconciling credit cards. Experience creating and managing per diem allowance trackers for crew. Created security who's who documents, created welcome packs, contributed to Albert, driver's declerations and DVLA checks, collating crew passports and making sure all passports are within travel times for new legislation. 

Developed shopping lists for location, facilitated ordering of props and materials as well as organising offhire/ recycling/ donations of unused items. Experience with RIMMS release iPads and systems and sending NDAs via Adobe e-Sign. Experience flying with cast and kit, including assisting with carnets. 

Additional training - PACT Certified, MHFA, Fire Warden, First Aider, Emergency Evacuation Chair Trained. 

Additional experience - Familiar with logging software (Blackbird, Timecode+) and experience boom operating for LIB interviews. Timecoding and transcripting, knowledge of SilverMouse. Read Less
