I am a senior producer and leader with over 20 years’ experience in television. As a producer I have worked mainly in Entertainment and Factual Entertainment producing some fantastic and award-winning shows, plus have worked on live events and have shot around the world. My key strength is in people management; both in motivating and working with teams globally to ensure we create funny, interesting, and fresh content, and when I am communicating back to matrix commissioning channel teams. I am experienced in both launching new shows and also refreshing established formats, ensuring we retain the identity and quality of the original. I am commercially savvy and I work closely with commercial teams to provide options that are both attractive to their clients whilst protecting and retaining high editorial standards of each show. I am completely at home whether on the studio floor or in the edit suite, can analyze a budget, tighten a script, and have a great eye for detail.
