I'm a JPM most recently working at the BBC NHU on a super landmark series looking after complex international shoots. I have over 15 years of TV Production Management experience both as staff at the BBC and freelance in the indies. I have comprehensive BBC training. I’ve worked across genres from Specialist Factual to Factual Ent, Events and Current Affairs. I’m as happy setting up large-scale landmark international documentary shoots as mobilising fast turnaround UK based ones. I can fit into a large established team or work with a smaller set up. I am happy juggling multiple shoots. I've managed complex international shoots sometimes in remote locations and with multiple units. I've looked after helicopter filming and set up bases on boats and remote islands. I love a good kit conversation and assisting the team in finding creative solutions to problems. I have experience in PMI and forecasting, monitoring and reconciling budgets but can also work happily in Excel. I am confident negotiating best rates whether that be with kit, crew or locations.
