My passion: empowering under-represented communities, sharing their stories and changing lives.

With over 10 years of experience in media production and casting for TV and film, I have had the pleasure of working for some of the world's leading production and distribution companies. Among them MTV, BBC and Paramount.

I have always been dedicated to amplifying genuine narratives, scouting untouched talent and fostering true diversity in media. I've contributed my expertise to renowned projects within the non-scripted TV industry such as BAFTA award-winning travel show - BBC's Race Across the World, the highly successful relaunch of TV's most iconic reality show - Big Brother and the brand new, first of it's kind, award-winning queer dating show - BBC Three's 'I Kissed A Boy'.

As a queer, female POC I have always pushed myself to get a seat at the table within the production industry and help build strong, long-lasting working relationships, helping to bridge the diversity gap and provide representation for the next generation of creatives. Read Less
