As a Producer, I set up shoots, work alongside PD's on location and am often the first point of contact for contributors. I have a decade's worth of experience working in the television industry and this includes casting, access, welfare, story and development. I am particularly experienced in getting the best out of vulnerable contributors and sensitive storylines. I utilise these skills and have casted and organised shoots from scratch for long-form, YouTube pilots and programmes for iPlayer. My mix of telly and digital means I have an added lens when combing through content and talent. I have worked alongside development teams to take an idea from conception to post-production where I have experience in edit producing and have vast experience on location and with celebrity talent. Before joining the BBC, I spent many years in the indie sector in different genres, across various formats and I have made countless positive connections in the industry and have a passion for people and their stories.
