Hi, my name is Sofia and I have worked as an Assistant Director for 5 years. My credits include film and series for Netlix, Apple TV, BBC and ITV (a selected list of credits is listed on my CV). 
I also worked as a reasercher and subsequently as an AP for A Place in the Sun.

I am a very organised individual and I am very comfortable handling different tasks under preassure. As an AD, I have learned to multitask, think and prepare ahead and I have a comprehensive knowledge of filmmaking, from what goes onto prepping a shoot, to how to schedule and manage logistics, to the kit necessary. As a researcher and an AP, I have learned how to work on factual TV, liaising between the production company and the crew and contributors and talent, manage paperwork and schedule working with people not used to working with TV crews.
