My name is Carlos Davila. I graduated in Psychology from the University of Santiago de Compostela, northwestern Spain. Already in the college @inal year, became very interested in the visual arts, for which i have always feel a deep passion. I completed two courses in Video Production and Edition, also a Certi@icate of Higher Education (HNC) about Technical Direction and Production. Even before these studies I @inished some awarded projects: "Por los pelos," a short @ilm, premiered at a festival of video and broadcasted in the Spanish TV. Movies like "The River King", "The invisible child", "The Coyote", etc. Gradually, I worked more frequently in Madrid, in large budget commercials: Movistar, the State Lottery, Carlsberg, Renault, etc, and in television series. These opportunities allowed me to learn the intricacies of complex productions and to work in larger, nationwide projects. Later on, I decided to focus my efforts on videographer side. I have spent some time in London to improve my English (First Certi@icate Cambridge University), I returned to Galicia where I developed my activity over the years in docushows, like Veterinarians, as well as in commercials, industrial training videos, self-produced short @ilms (including a 3D animation one) and documentaries. Also, I worked for several @ilm production companies and I developed my own projects.
