Highly effective Line Producer looking for next step into Production Executive role. Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex high profile, high-risk projects for various Broadcasters. Proficient in a wide range of programming: documentaries, features, current affairs, children’s, drama reconstruction, live studio shows, live and pre-recorded OBs, including long format, daytime and low budget productions. Key Skills:-  Thorough knowledge of commissioning procedures - to lead and manage the processes, ensuring resources and editorial aspirations are aligned.  Highly developed organisational and planning skills – able to schedule and prioritize people and activities to meet production and operational deadlines.  Adept at managing complex situations with direct accountability for financial planning, contractual negotiation and staff development.  Excellent communication and influencing skills  Artist and talent management - Including agent negotiations.  Sound business and finance skills – able to create, forecast and manage significant production resource and budgets.  Negotiating commercial deals and deliverables.  Supplier negotiation; tenders, procurement processes, insurance and liability management.  Safety and risk management, continuity and contingency planning, security and accreditation.
