She has credits on over two hundred hours of non-fiction content for more than twelve production companies and six networks including Netflix, HBO, A+E, Amazon, and National Geographic. She recently wrapped as the Senior Archival Producer on a yet-to-be released HBO documentary with McGee Media. Prior to that she collaborated with Even/Odd Studio and Anonymous Content on WE ARE AYENDA which won the Cannes Grand Prix. The film follows the Afghan youth women’s football team as they escape the Taliban. Between 2022 and 2023 Sarah served as the series-wide Archival Producer on the Emmy nominated Netflix series UNKNOWN at Story Syndicate. Since 2016 Sarah has produced news stories about American policy for foreign journalists with the Foreign Press Center, Bureau of Global Affairs, Department of State. Additionally, Sarah is a member of the Writers Guild of America-East, the Producers Guild of America as well as a Docs In Progress Teaching Artist. As a Docs In Progress board member she launched the Documentary Inspiration Awards celebrating the work of Directors Marshall Curry and Matthew Hamachek. She holds a Master of Fine Art in Film from American University for which she received the Guy P. Gannett journalism scholarship from the Maine Community Foundation. Finally, she has an undergraduate degree in French literature and spent a year volunteering in Zimbabwe.
