I spent my early 20s working in various factories and warehouses in Lincolnshire on temporary contracts, before gaining a 1st class Dip. H.E. in Creative Writing from the University of Sheffield and going on to do a BA Language and Literature. I moved to West Yorkshire in 2015 to live with my partner, working as a warehouse manager in Keighley. In my spare time I developed a number of ideas for feature films and TV series, before deciding to concentrate on finishing my first screenplay - a pilot for a sitcom called "Fully Automated Luxury Communism", which made it into the top 3% of the BBC Writers Room comedy entries in 2020. I've also written a small collection of shorts. A psychological horror titled "Corner" (IMDb https://www.imdb.com/title/tt13283268/?ref_=ttfc_fc_tt) was filmed in Miami, and has now been selected for the Sands Film Festival in Jacksonville and SonderBlu Film Festival in NYC.During the Covid pandemic I decided to focus on writing full time and am now looking to take my first steps in the television industry.
