I specialise in building shows from nothing — turning ideas into fully realised, broadcaster-ready programmes. With over 20 years as a Series Producer and Senior Producer, I have launched first-series formats, shaped ambitious editorial vision, and delivered compelling television across factual, formatted, studio, live, and location productions for leading UK and international broadcasters. My credits span major broadcasters including the BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5, ITV, UKTV, US syndication, and Daily Mail Plus for YouTube.

Throughout my career, I have been trusted to take projects from initial idea through to final delivery — shaping formats, managing talent and contributors, directing on location, overseeing scripts, schedules and budgets, and steering productions through complex editorial and logistical challenges.

At Whisper North, I have been responsible for producing pioneering crime shows for American audiences, alongside developing pilots for Sony and Netflix. This work strengthened my expertise across filming, editing, and digital production, ensuring each project was creatively ambitious while remaining tightly aligned with audience and broadcaster expectations. Working collaboratively, we delivered high-calibre content that pushed creative boundaries while meeting international delivery demands.

I have also played a key role in setting up multiple first-series competition-based game shows for Sony and ITV, including Pictionary. As Series Producer on this project, I led a small team and took responsibility for celebrity casting, content, scripting, set design, budgets, studio production, and editorial viewings — balancing creative ambition with efficiency and delivery.

On Katie Piper’s Weekend Escape for ITV1 (Phoenix Television), I served as Series Producer on a large-scale, location-based production featuring a presenter, celebrities, experts, contributors, and major activity events in every episode. I built and led the production team, developed the format, liaised closely with the commissioner and presenter, sourced experts and contributors, conducted research interviews, ensured duty of care across all areas, floor-produced on record days, and edit-produced the episodes.

More recently, I was Series Producer on a brand-new show with Joe Wicks, airing on ITV1 on New Year’s Day. Working with a very small team and limited budget, I booked all on-screen talent, wrote scripts, created schedules, briefed commissioners and talent, and designed the studio set — delivering a polished, broadcaster-ready programme under tight constraints.

Across my career, I have developed strong editorial judgement, a calm and decisive approach under pressure, and a reputation for problem-solving and leadership.
