Hi there, my name is Tia Devine and I am looking to work in the film industry, preferably the costume department however due to my course I am willing and flexible to work in other departments. I am an approachable, bubbly and reliable individual with interpersonal skills. My family and friends always say how I have adopted a positive and 'can do' attitude towards life. Also yes that is the incredible Alice Cooper in my profile picture who I met in Berlin!I am 19 years old and doing a HNC course run by Creative Media Skills at Pinewood Studios in Costume, Prosthetics and Hair and makeup. Due to COVID-19 we only got to do a two week intensive course of Hair and Makeup, however we were awarded our grade during summer and I got a Distinction for all units and areas of the course. My course leader is Bebe O’Shea.I am not afraid to try new things, as I am constantly experimenting different styles and techniques in my work which improves my knowledge, so by having a career filled with varied skills and responsibilities, I would be perfect for this type of job.My HNC course has given me various skills and experiences in these different departments of the industry.I am looking for any work experience/apprenticeships or even training schemes to help to develop my skills further and increase my ability to start to work in this industry.
