As a law graduate turned marketing guru, my screenwriting journey began in 2013, during my studies, after I spent a day at the cinemas and thought, “I can do what these writers are doing.” Reading screenplays, and beginning to understand the craft, my biggest achievement is turning an idea into a fully-fledged first draft because I believe that is the most difficult part of writing. I write for one reason: I enjoy it. I enjoy taking an idea, expanding it, adding bits around it and turning it into a story.I started writing whilst studying for my Law degree and now work as a Marketing Manager. My career path is almost as diverse as my range of skills; an excellent communicator, I’ve developed a unique writing voice and have received praise from readers of the PAGE Awards and BlueCat.
